It's a small restaurant on the corner of North and Main in Tewksbury.  But once you walk inside, you feel as if you've walked into a spacious Greek cafe with the smells of cooking lamb and marinated chicken luring you inside. Skewer's Wood Grill has been making Tewksbury mouths water since 2001.  Pantelis Karakatsanis, the owner, is there almost everyday helping prepare and cook every dish to order. "Literally, everything goes through my hands," said Karakatsanis, "I try to be here and do the best that I can."
