Mrs. Josephine M. (Kozubal) Jop, age 93, a resident of Tewksbury most of her life, died Saturday evening, February 2, at D’Youville Nursing Care Center in Lowell. She was the beloved wife of the late Stanley J. Jop, who died in 1989. She was born in Lowell, October 5, 1919, one of two children of the late Stanislaw “Stanley” and Elizabeth (Tenzka) Kozubal, was raised in Lowell and educated in the Holy Trinity Polish School system. After her marriage to Stanley, they moved to North Tewksbury. She was a former communicant of the Holy Trinity Polish Church in Lowell.
