Tewksbury Man Indicted For Armed Robbery, Assault
Suspect allegedly stabbed a man while trying to steal several I-Phones.
A 36-year-old Tewksbury man is facing multiple felony charges for allegedly trying to steal several I-Phones at knifepoint and stabbing the victim during the robbery. The Office of Middlesex County District Attorney Gerry Leone announced last week that Brian Saber, 36, of 33 Bay State Ave., was indicted by a Grand Jury on charges of armed robbery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Saber is due to be arraigned in Middlesex Superior Court in Woburn on April 4. According to Wilmington Police reports, the alleged crimes stemmed from a Craig's List sale gone bad. I grew up with this kid from grade school on. He was a trouble maker in school and it has obviously escalated throughout his adult life. He is dangerous to the public and I hope he stays behind bars where he belongs. How many chances has this kid (man) had already? Enough is enough.   more ›
