A concerned neighbor alerted a Pupkis Road woman to a potential danger lurking just outside one of her windows. Tewksbury Police received a call from the woman on Wednesday, Jan. 30 at 9:53 p.m. She told them her neighbor had just called and told her there was a man standing near her home just outside one of her windows. According to the police report, the caller said that when the man saw her neighbor looking at him, he started walking into the woods into the direction of Cherry Road. Dispatch sent three units to the scene to check the area. A short time later, an officer spotted the suspect on Hemlock Road. After an investigation he was arrested. Shawn T.
