The following is an excerpt from the Tewksbury Police Department log from Thursday, November 15, to Friday, November 16. The information is open to the public. Thursday, November 15 1:15 p.m.: A Tewksbury Lieutenant requested an officer to respond to Room 252 of Motel 6 on Main Street as he had one person in custody. Fenying Ouellette, 56, of 27 Lawrence Street Apt. A6, Vernon, Conn., was arrested and charged with soliciting for prostitution. 4:05 p.m.: On Oakland Ave., a caller reported a past breaking and entering on the property. 4:14 p.m.: Wilmington Police received a call about a motor vehicle hit and run.
