Original Story A 21-year-old Lowell man sustained life-threatening injuries Tuesday night when the car he was driving on Andover Street left the road and slammed into a utility pole. According to Tewksbury Police, dispatch received multiple 911 calls reporting the accident at 9:17 p.m. at 1411 Andover St. near Sheridan Lane. Rescue crews had to use the Jaws of Life to extricate the man from his Black Toyota Camry.
