Small Business Saturday is on Nov. 24 this year, two days after Thanksgiving. It is a day for everyone to support the small businesses that their community thrives on. American Express founded the day in 2010 to help small businesses get exposure during the holiday season, when they might be otherwise overlooked. With retailers buzzing around the holidays, it is important to support local small businesses that rely on their neighbors in order to continue prospering and building the local economy in Tewksbury. POTD: Jimbo's Famous Roast Beef Feeds Redmen Football Team

The Tewksbury High football team got fueled up for their Thanksgiving Day battle with Wilmington High with a free meal at Jimbo's.

The management at Jimbo's Famous Roast Beef did their part to prepare the Tewksbury High football team for their Thanksgiving Day showdown with Wilmington High by feeding the Redmen for free Wednesday afternoon. About 30 players were on hand and were very appreciative of the meal, which included French Fries, pizza and other menu items.
