Shop Locally in Tewksbury on Small Business Saturday on Nov. 24

Start your holiday shopping at locally owned stores during Small Business Saturday.

Small Business Saturday is on Nov. 24 this year, two days after Thanksgiving. It is a day for everyone to support the small businesses that their community thrives on. American Express founded the day in 2010 to help small businesses get exposure during the holiday season, when they might be otherwise overlooked. With retailers buzzing around the holidays, it is important to support local small businesses that rely on their neighbors in order to continue prospering and building the local economy in Tewksbury. Black Friday, Small Business Saturday: What's Your Deal?

Let us know what your business is offering customers this year, and upload photos.

Thursday is Thanksgiving, and that means the following days will be devoted to shopping. Black Friday is Nov. 23, and Small Business Saturday is Nov. 24. For some, that means rushing to the malls and big box stores to stand in line for bargains. But for many, it also means looking for local, small business shopping opportunities. The big companies have their deals advertised all over the place, but we want to give local businesses a chance to get the word out. Do you run a Tewksbury business? What deals are you offering this Friday and Saturday to boost traffic in your store? Leave a comment and let everyone know. You can also upload photos of your store and/or merchandise to this post.
