Second Suspect Arrested In Kidnapping, Carjacking
Victim was kidnapped at Motel 6 on Dec. 26.
Tewksbury Police have apprehended a second suspect in connection with a carjacking/kidnapping that took place on the day after Christmas. Tayla Spencer, 18, of 16 Fowler St, Dorchester, is charged with Kidnapping, Armed Assault with Intent to Murder, Armed Robbery, Carjacking and Conspiracy. According to Police Chief Timothy Sheehan, Spencer was arrested on Jan. 21 in Boston after the Tewksbury Police Department obtained an arrest warrant for her. The arrest was made with the assistance from the Boston Police Department. The arrest is in connection with an incident that took place on Dec. 26.
