Redmen are eliminated in the first round of the MIAA Division 1 North Sectional tournament.
The problem with qualifying for MIAA post season play is that if you run into a team with a hot hand and lose a match, it's one-and-done and your season is over. Such was the case for the Tewksbury High girls volleyball team Tuesday night as the Redmen bumped up against a rock solid North Andover team in the first round of the state tournament, and saw the most successful season in the history of Tewksbury High volleyball come to an abrupt end.
