Someone please tell me where the unspent 2011/2012 snow budget is. We have only had ONE snow storm (not including October). It certainly didn't pay for the removal of 4 inches of snow on the main roads by 8:00 last night. Or salt. Or sand. We got a cumulative total of 4 inches, over TWO DAYS and the roads should NEVER have looked the way they did last night.   more ›
