TMHS Goalie Taylor Lirakis Selected to All-Star Team
The junior goaltender who plays hockey year round said she's excited to represent her school during the Shriners All-Star Classic in March.
As part of a new weekly feature, Patch will be highlighting athletes on a weekly basis, looking at the efforts of players with Tewksbury ties from various sports. This week we look at Taylor Lirakis, the junior goalie for the Tewksbury girls hockey team. Lirakis was recently selected to play in the Aleppo Shriners All-Star Hockey Classic. The game is scheduled to take place in Worcester on the ice of the DCU Center. The girls game begins at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 30, followed by the boys game. Tickets can be purchased for $11, and admission includes a ticket to that night's Worcester Sharks game. Follow this link for more details on the game.
