New Year Brings New Burglaries Across Town

The new year brought with it a new rash of break-ins and attempted break-ins across Tewksbury. On Thursday, Jan. 3, a Chandler Street resident called police at 5:48 p.m. and reported that her home had been broken into. Officers responded and a report was filed. That same day, at 8:37 a.m., there was a report of stolen aluminum at Boutiette's Auto Body, 2115 Main St. A report was filed. At 12:08 p.m., also on Jan.3, a Charme Road resident called police to report that two of his grandchildren's sleds had been stolen some time overnight from their residence.
