Burglary Suspect Arrested Twice In Two Days

One of three suspects arrested in connection with a burglary last week was arrested again the very next day. Erica Jane Ruane, 25, 15 Cannongate Road, Apt. 31, Tyngsboro, was arrested by Tewksbury Police the night of Dec. 4 and charged, along with two men, with breaking into a home at 666 Whipple Road earlier that day. Raune was arraigned in Lowell District Court on Wednesday, Dec. 5 and released pending her next court date. Later that same day, she and a second woman were arrested stealing merchandise at Home Depot on Route 38. Ruane was charged with shoplifting items with a value greater than $100.
