Basically I'm a restaurant rat with a passion for food. I love the fast paced pressure packed frenzied pace of what I do. Most definitely a foodie who loves to experiment with new and exotic products. Previously wrote a food column for TV Facts Magazine. I am thankful for the oppurtunity to write again as it appeals to my creative tendencies. Done every restaurant job possible from tending bar in downtown Lynn to managing the Tewksbury Country Club and every thing in between.
