ReplyThe first words out of my mouth were, Ohhhh. You surely will be missed as Editor of Tewksbury Patch. In our household you are the first on the computer early in the morning, breaking news alerts, and the last thing we look at before retiring for the night. It is always fun to see you at different events in town. I don't know how you rush from place to place. But, that shows what a hard worker you are! I wish you good luck with your new assignment. And I welcome the new kid on the block, Chris and wish him good luck in his new assignment. God Bless, Bill.

ReplyI hope these donations will help the victims of the bombings. I can only imagine how how high the medical bills will be. They (the victims) have such a long road of recovery ahead of them. We were very happy to donate to this fund.

ReplyThanks to Tewksbury PD for the calls to our home about the robbery. We live a couple of streets over from the bank. Gives us a chance to check the street and yard for anything suspicious. Then the patrol cars were going by. Gives one a very secure feeling. It really does look like the pictures from other robberies, doesn't it?i

There is No television access at either place that you mention, Mary. Maybe when the renovation of the Town Hall starts there will be an alternate place for public meetings. By the way, I don't recall ever seeing any of the Town's elected officials dressed like slobs.

Mary, you should come to the Town Hall when it is about 90 degrees outside! In the Winter it is sometimes just as hot. A person has to dress to be comfortable. On the other hand those of us that are rushing around from doing other things work, sporting events, etc. don't have time to rush home and change before a meeting.
I don't find it offensive at all that a person would have shorts and a sport shirt on during a meeting.
