ReplyAn armed robbery is no joking matter. To rob a bank which is just about on the other side of the street of a large police station demonstrates how desperate this person is. This creates a very dangerous situation for the people at the bank and our citizens in the surrounding area. Lets hope we catch him soon.

Karl - Well stated. Given your comments they should increase sales taxes to 10% and do away with the income tax. That I would support. Of course I may still move my family and business to Florida anyhow. Easy to get a raise when Florda has no income tax.

Tyler - You state Obama does not spend a dime? He and his cronies have increased the use of food stamps by over 40%. The Community Organizer who is more head of the Democratic Party than President, is using the office to give a way money. Obama phone is not a joke...it is happening. The country is broke and this nit wit who has never had to pay for anything in his whole life just whines and does nothing. We need someone to lead the country.

ReplyThe federal gov't is $16.5 trillion in debt. They have to cut spending. The 5% cut they are trying to implement (and both sides agreed TWO YEARS AGO) should not be that tough to do. Any organization can find 5% to cut. The $ 85 billion is a drop in the bucket. Both sides are just being pig headed. They have to make cuts somewhere. Either cut along all the budget lines or find somewhere else to cut.
